A vine that has become a native as it expresses itself differently depending on the “terroir” it meets: here it shows aromatic and spicy characteristics. Aged in steel tanks.

POSITION AND VINEYARDS

Marlyn hilly soil: South facing vineyards trained with the double arched cane system, 4000 vines per hectare.

harvest

By hand, after min September; 55-60 quintals per hectare.

vinification

Whole grapes gently pressed; the must is decanted at low temperature and left to ferment at controlled temperature in steel tanks, then it remains for around 8 months on the yeast residues.

Straw-yellow colour, aromatic bouquet. Composite-bodied, fresh and fruity, with a very soft finish.
